Valued Employee / Clean Team Project
Currentlly there is a cycle that keeps many people locked in a life of crime and prison. 75% of offenders end up back in prison for a lack of assistance to re-enter into society. These people are an at-risk group that we, as a society, have failed throughout history. Its time to assist parolees in their endeavors to learn and grow and break the cycle of crime that has plagued their past. The Valued Employee / Clean Team Project is a way to break this deadly cycle and truly give people a second chance at life. Parolees are given a chance to work under supervision and build up not only skills to assist them, but also learn to be responsible and reliable so as to one day be able to find a career outside of the Valued Employee / Clean Team Project. Workers gain labor skills, good work references, and are mentored by Godly men and women who take the time to build them up both personally and professionally.
